Cracked Earth and Cracked Hands

My father has been actively hunting for arrowheads since he was a boy. Every year, when the fields are first plowed, he diligently walks the borders and sorts the stones from the 900-1650 A.D. Iroquoian artifacts.

The most beautiful day in April deserved a road trip, so a road tripping we did go! I wish summer would catch up with my enthusiasm for it (like with most things!).
