Codependency Creativity

My mother just returned from a trip to Florida. Her incredibly codependent dog Kashew was left in the care of my awesome sister. Naturally, we decided to send intermittent calls for help to my mom from Kash, because we are geniuses.

Nombrils D’Artistes // Artists Belly Buttons

I first met The Fine Art Collection collective while running a fibre art workshop at Haute ├ęcole des Arts du Rhin in Mulhouse, France. I was asked to take part in their "Nombrils D’Artistes // Artists Belly Buttons" series.

"Artists belly buttons puts together moldings accompanied by the name and signature of the owner to form a collection. This collection will take shape in an evolutive installation which will be activated during the opening event but also with the different encounters of The Fine Art Collection. Each of the pieces, depending of the notoriety of the molded artists, awaits a uncertain future, trophy then relic or simple formal object." -Press Release

Pretty interesting work, non?
